Skraja is the biggest furniture and business center in Lithuania. It operates on the basis of the rent of premises. The developing market relations in the Lithuanian economy induced the establishment of the center.

The Business and Furniture Center occupying the area of 1.3 ha is located in Naujamiestis, the business quarter of Vilnius, which is the most favourable for commercial activities. The Center offers a wide assortment of furniture, household commodities and interior components of well-known Lithuanian and foreign producers.

Skraja staff is the operators of the Business Center. They also operate as the customers’ informants and advertisers of the Center.

Favourable rent prices, modern infrastructure and a parking lot for 300 vehicles all this is for the Center clients.

A and B class offices with floor areas ranging from 15 to 400 sq. m. are arranged to the orders of the customers.
